Block Mania

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Block Mania ("the app"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the app.

You must be at least 13 years old to use this app. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

2. Description of Service

Block Mania is a block puzzle game. The app includes:

• Single-player puzzle gameplay
• Global leaderboard
• Achievements and collectible block skins
• Daily challenges and adventure mode
• Advertising, and optional in-app purchases (see sections 3 and 7)

3. In-App Purchases

All purchases are one-time purchases. Block Mania offers no subscriptions and there are no recurring charges.

Available purchases are:

• Remove Ads (no_ads) — permanently removes interstitial ads
• Premium Theme Pack (theme_pack_premium)
• Block Skin Pack (block_skin_pack)
• Cosmetic Mega Bundle (mega_bundle_cosmetic)
• Undo Pack (undo_pack_5) — consumable undo tokens
• Hint Pack (hint_pack_10) — consumable hint tokens
• Token Mega Bundle (mega_bundle_tokens) — consumable

Cosmetic and Remove Ads purchases are permanent and restorable. Token packs are consumable: once spent in-game they cannot be restored.

Refunds: All purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Refund requests must be directed to the respective store:

• Google: Google Play Help

Restore Purchases: You can restore previously purchased items at any time from the in-app store by tapping "Restore Purchases".

4. Leaderboard & User Content

By using the global leaderboard, you agree to:

• Choose a display name that is not offensive, obscene, or impersonating another person
• Not manipulate or artificially inflate your score
• Not use automated tools, bots, or modified versions of the app

We reserve the right to remove any leaderboard entry or display name that violates these guidelines, without notice.

Your display name and score are visible to all users of the app.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
• Modify or create derivative works based on the app
• Attempt to bypass in-app purchase verification or premium feature gates
• Use the app for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt the app's servers or services
• Submit false, misleading, or offensive content via the leaderboard

6. Intellectual Property

All content in Block Mania — including but not limited to graphics, animations, sounds, music, code, and game mechanics — is owned by Ichime Games or used under license.

Third-party assets used under open licenses:

• UI icons & interface sounds: Kenney.nl (CC0 / Public Domain)
• Font: Baloo 2 (SIL Open Font License 1.1)

You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce any part of the app without our written permission.

7. Third-Party Services & Advertising

Block Mania uses Firebase for anonymous authentication, and for analytics and crash reporting (the latter two only when you opt in via Settings).

The app contains advertising. Block Mania uses Google AdMob to serve two ad formats:

• Interstitial ads — shown periodically between games in normal mode. These are not optional, but can be removed permanently with the Remove Ads in-app purchase.
• Rewarded video ads — entirely optional. You choose when to watch one in exchange for an in-game reward (hint refill, continue after game over, or a daily boost).

Ad personalisation is governed by the consent prompt shown on first launch (and, on iOS, by App Tracking Transparency). If you decline, you will still see ads, but they will be non-personalised. See our Privacy Policy for what data AdMob collects.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Block Mania is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ichime Games shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or interruption of gameplay, arising out of or related to your use of the app.

Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the app shall not exceed the amount you paid for in-app purchases in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $10 USD, whichever is greater.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the leaderboard or other online features at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the app.

Upon termination, your leaderboard data may be deleted. Local game data on your device will remain until you uninstall the app.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Vietnam, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

Notwithstanding the above, if you reside in the EU/EEA, you retain the right to bring claims before the relevant supervisory authority or courts in your country of residence as required by applicable law (including GDPR). Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory consumer rights under applicable local law.
